These rounds feature an antiqued finish befitting of the Norse traditions. It not only gives the silver an "Old World" aesthetic, but it also helps the design elements stand out beautifully.
The realm of Asgard is home to the Norse gods and serves as their capital city. It connects to the Earth (known as Midgard in the Old Norse mythology) via a rainbow bridge called Bifröst. This is depicted in epic detail on the reverse design of the round. "CROSSING BIFRÖST" is inscribed at the top of the design, while "ASGARD" is found at the bottom rim.
Odin, the war god and father of Thor, is shown on the obverse design. Odin is also associated with magic, death, poetry, and wisdom. he is shown in full regalia, including a winged helmet and eyepatch. The shining sun appears over his shoulder while the great cosmic tree, Yggdrasil, is seen to his right. "YGGDRASIL" and "ODIN" are inscribed along the outer rim.
